this is gonna be a long post i guess. hahas. so much things had happened this week.
LEADERSHIP TRAINING CAMP. mon to thur. and
today, the elects day.

hahas, and many people are returning to singapore. as well as there are still people who are going overseas. what's up with hongkong ah?
envy those who went those far far away place like london, europe and all -school trip. study trip.
and watching those nice musicals.. visiting those beautiful places and eating those exotic food.
wth. stop tempting me to kill you guys. tsk. haha.

anyway, back to elects day.
'deepening the ltc experience'
went to school early in the morning. 8am. sleepy sia.
had some games thingy. suppose to run one round, shout out numbers drawn all over the floor.
we perfect it to less then 1.20min. hahas, not bad. lesson learnt. perserverance, determination, try and try again attitude, co-ordination and all these skills. sweat out. ahhas.
running feels so good once again.
then had those talks, reflections. nominations for president. talks. nomination for vp. group talks. teachers talk. nomination for admin. discussion stuffs. nomination for hod. haha. yea.
i'm happy abt it. i hope sc will be enjoyable. the beginning seems good. haha.
was allocated in Community Involvement wing.
people there so far are nice people- 13 of us: ryheza, rina, me, nerissa, liselle, suying, carmen, jonathan, toonjin, kaichuen, guanwen, ngee dek. yepyep. and headed by michael. weiwen was supposingly in ci too, but he insisted on opting out to sa cause he didnt indicated he wanted ci.
with cool teachers : ms song and mr leong.
hahas, there's the cip and special proj department in ci. and i'm in cip. more school based la.
cip group: headed by kaicheun. lols. me, su, liselle, kc, toonjin, ngee dek are in it.
anyway. description for ci. its like ministry of foreign affairs. hahas. as in we get to do lots of cool things. such as organising chingay thingy (which should be in special proj), rockafella (should be cip), promotion for blood donation drive, arts week. yea. hahas.
student activities- morning assembly these stuffs. didnt really know in detail, but its seems like ci's fun!
gonna do those arts week stuffs.
looking forward. hopefully. :D council jacket!
but- planning. -smacks head- haha.
oh yea. about the exco. hahas, guys dominated! there's only two girls in the 11 people exco.
congrats to all yea. ^^ am glad for most people inside. hahas.

saw the judo ppl having their camp. hahas. sleeping in broad daylight. O.o

day one:
theme: leading through service
GROUP TEN- the matchsticks!
consist of: weixin! our facil. guanwen, kc, jonathan, toonjin, matthais, weiwen, su, weiqi, jocelyn, guen, shan, nerissa and me! with teacher: ms song and mr tay
soft skills stuffs, 'cooped' in school the whole day. communication skills, decision making skills, conflict resolution, building effective teams these sort. some quite useful, some known, some...but nevertheless. learnt something.
servant leadership. lols. essential yea? always heard of it. ahhas.
luke- smth abt the greatest is the youngest (which means being humble)...
conflict mamanegment style- going to a third person and compromise, followed by win-win. lols.
haha, did the tetra map thingy, and i am of AIR element. logic oriented. hmm.
period. i dont think i really like to read manuals too much eh. hahas.
followed by water (feelings oriented), fire (possibilities oriented- aka. fun people too) and earth (facts oriented aka damn straightforward people). lols.
true to a certain extend.
but as learnt, we should not allow all these results to give you the framed mindset. thinking that you are and you'll become like that. just like those horoscope of the day. blah blah blah will happen to you today. lols. and bingo, it did, and that's gna be your beliefs. your values? lols.
and ended the day with a talk by the women everest team. suppose to inspire us..but..during the whole talk, wasnt really paying much attention. hahas.

day two:
went to macritchie.
had mission games in the morning: misty valley ( which we got lost and took a long time to reach this station), vicious peak ( where we have to climb up jelutong towers..carrying casualties without touching any of the building and going down), burning peak (which is our first station).
and then we had this wargh game. apparently location changed due to some pesky rangers. mr tan being the hero of the day eh. hahas. the battle against the rangers.
wargh games. hahas, even though our group didnt win, but it was fun! its like playing counterstrike or smth. just that had to shoot the gun. the most silly thing is that on my last live, i stood up and i died. haiya.
ms song was very nice, gave our grp a packet of happy food to eat during one of our station, chocolates! we had bananas and apples for lunch. haha, no monkeys came though.
anyway, we walked alot during the whole thing. didnt get any mosquito bite though. hahas.
went back to school and chiong for toilet to bath!
the day ended earlier. had reflection and the rest is free time. (till lights out- haiz)
our group bonded! we chionged our supper and went to the quadrangle.
played truth or dare. and some other groups came down as well too. lols. it was damn funny. everyone's playing truth or dare. dares to other group people. hahas.
i got the shoot, shrewd? (???), marry question. lols. right.
i didnt mean to shoot you kc! was anyhow doing it. hehe. (opps. i just realised its a truth question). haha. weixin the facil who asked me the qn got it back too. and she got to choose between the mr tans. lols. had lots of fun. matchsticks matchsticks. hahas.
we are a quiet and peaceful group! :)
call it coincidental or smth. says the other sc group, that our grp consist of 'quieter' people. lols.
while the other two are loud. and obnoxious ( cant rmb the meaning)? haha. jk.

missed the asean police band concert. haiya. and i brought the tickets with me to the camp, wasting it. haiya. how dumb of me.

day three:
right i am getting tired again. hahas.
anway. we went to SHINE! those high element, low element, negotiation course.
fun is the word to say. shiok ah. even though i'm like shaking on those high top. hahas.
some are like tight rope walking indeed! lols.
our group finished rather quickly. haha. and got back early too! and chiong to bath.
seems like during this camp, our group girls are lucky to escape the long tedious line for shower.
after coming back, they had this impromptu activity for us.
in which they gave us 'punishments'. should say that our group is quick lucky that we've gotten a rather light one. carry 15 tables and chairs to the quad. (just from classrooms nearby) while some other groups had to carry canteen tables and chairs, run many rounds with weird tasks on hand. however, we were wronged. tsktsk. many misunderstandings for our punishment. haha. really pity some groups. and they said its just. they didnt really mean it. yea. -.-
the cj spirit. all of us did 50 pushups with grp 12. haha, outstanding.
and all of us was tired at the end of the day.
went to the quad awhile, took more photos, star gazing.
(well, except me!) but then. later. yea.

ahha, and i like the nice 'burnt' i got from the sun. the sun aint strong. its like dark clouds when we're there. lols, but after that it cleared. thank god that it didnt rain :)

our group loves to plan alot sia. haha. rather conservative too, but it wasnt a bad thing la. haha. calm and steady.
but when executing. -
lols. and kind of admit that our grp's quite slow. haha. (cos we think too much!)
oh yea. no earth elements in our group thus we nvr get things done chop chop. haha.
and play lots of silly games that bonded us. i am rather slow sia. haha.
at the end, we are all people 'with brains full of shit'. haha.

and we did another personality test thing.
getting to know ourselves better.
did the belbin's team role thingy.
and i am an orignator and a supported in a project. lol. how contradicting!

day four.
had physical training early in the morning.
even though i was rather sleepy. and still tired!
but after the whole thing, it feels good. to feel fit. haha.
ran 5 rounds at ease sia. xD okay, it doesnt seems much for some others. especially those from the sports cca. ahem. haha.
then had the closing ceremony.
mass like. reflections. skits from other groups. talk from br paul in which i keep dozing off and shan keep waking me up, giving me heart attack each time. hahas.
gotten a touch-compass-whistle souvenir. next time when u hear the whistle. u'll know who. hahas.

chinese wok dont taste good. haha. that's only time i eat frm there is during camp sia.
haha, and heard stories. yong tau foo stall's food arent clean....
malay stalls still rock. haha.

and then went out to island creamery.
as mentioned ^^

alright.i am feeling really lazy already.
roughly this is LTC.
i heard this ltc was better. last yr's one is tough.
fun. meaningful. great.
only regret is that i didnt particiapte actively to the fullest.
kind of stoned alot. ><
but enjoyed myslef. friendly people. smile :)

seen many outstanding people. hahas.
as well as many facades. heard many things. and known more.
oh wells. facades.

there goes my second week of the june holidays. i ought to start studying soon!

oh yes. before i forget. hahas, the stepping down period now.
hahas. so proud of my dear juniors who used to be in A1s.
hahas. A1s always produces leaders, xD.
congrats to myra , new sn choir pres! and some others. hahas.
hahas. sy- hc's alto's sl. cherie, hc's choir pres.
